  Low season
(Apr 16 - Dec 14 2009)
1/2 persons US$ 1250.00
3/4 persons US$ 1500.00

The rates will be the following starting december 15th 2009

  High season
(December 15 2009 - April 14 2010)		 Low season
(Apr 15 2010 - Dec 14 2010)
1/2 persons US$ 1500.00 US$ 1350.00
3/4 persons US$ 1750.00 US$ 1600.00

 

All prices are exclusive of 10% service charge and exclusive of US$ 6.50 tourist tax per person per night.

Payment instructions:
Upon reservation (within 14 days):
We would like you to transfer 25% of the total amount into our bank account.

60 days before arrival:
The remaining 75% must be wired into our account.

Cancellation and refund policy:
more then 90 days before arrival you receive a refund of 10% of the first payment.
Within 60-89 days before arrival no refund of the first payment.
Within 30-59 days before arrival you receive a refund of 50% of the total payment.
Within 0-30 days before arrival no refund.
Cancellation of your reservation must be done in writing to Sunbelt Realty N.V.
